Pasindu Malika

 I am a music lover. And I like to learn music. So, l could play some musical instruments. The first thing I learned was the guitar. The first time, when I learned the guitar I haven't a guitar. After that, my father brought a guitar to me. At that time I was in grade 6 school. So, I studied very well and I passed the O.L. exam. My parents were happy that I passed the exam. They gave me a gift, it was a Yamaha program keyboard. After I finished my A.L. exam, I worked in a garment factory in our village and I brought an electric guitar and guitar effect processor. I had saved money since I was a child and with that, I bought a bass guitar.   I like to play the flute. So, when I hand to cash in my hand, I bought flutes. And My parents brought a tabla because I joined a tabla class.

My Hobbies  I have many hobbies, I am a person who loves music. So, I like listening to music, singing, and playing instruments. When I hear a beautiful song, I try to play it in my free time.  Also, I like watching films. I do like watching movies with love stories. I don't like violent movies. Also, I like watching horror movies  Also, I like graphic design.I do graphic design as my part-time job. I got into graphic design after A.L. I learned graphic design on youtube. Youtube is my graphic design teacher.  Normally, if like something I pursue it as a hobby.

Social Media  Technology is improving day by day. Social media connects people through smartphones as a result of advancements in technology. There are several popular social media in sir Lanka. Those are Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Whatsapp, IMO, and Twitter, like that.  There are good sides and bad flanks to social media. Everyone can experience social media. Social media can be used to promote one's talents, promote one's business, and share one's ideas among society. There is a strong tendency for the youth community to use social media. Today media has become indispensable. Information is instantly shared through social media.

There are many musicians I like. Among them, my favorite musician is Dr. Rohana Weerasinghe. He is a talented melody composer. His knowledge of musical traditions is very high. When we listen to his song, we feel the meaning of its lyric even though it is without words.  His village is Nuwara Eliya. His birthday is 1949 February 18. His schools are Vidyalankara Buddhist school Ruwan Eliya, Welimada M.M.V, Pannipitiya Darmapala Vidyalaya, and Gamini Maha Vidyalaya.  He has composed more than 8000 songs. Which includes films, teledramas. I have seen good a quality in him, he always appreciates his teachers.

I hope to go to university from my sister's house on the first day. My sister lives in kosgama. I was a little late going to the bus. Anyway, I came to the university. I got a call from my friend Sachin. Sachini says to me come to the auditorium on the 6th floor. So I got on the lift and went to the 6th floor. When I went inside in auditorium, Dr. Saman Panapitiya make a speech. I was very scared because of the lateness. There wasn't any matter. I went to a friend's and sit.

My pet is a cat. Sometimes I call that Sudu Appu. It very loves my sister. My sister also very loves to suduappu. I am the one who gave the name sudu appu. It always tries to sleep. But it likes to play with my sister. It doesn't like me because I scare it. When I see it, it runs every time. But when it is alone, it comes to me with a "puru puru" sound.

My School My school is Eheliyagoda central college. It is main mixed school in sri lanka. There are classes from grade 6 to 13. The number of students are over 5000.  There are lot of class rooms and buildings in our school. The teachers in our school very good and lovely. Our school children win competitions every year. Our school color is maroon color. There is a ehela tree in our school. When it blooms flower, it is very beautiful.

Makandawa Forest Makandawa forest is a beautiful place in kithulgala. Kithilgala is our village. Makandawa forest is also known as "kurulu kale".   Makandawa forest is about 90 km from colombo. This forest is spread along the kalani river. We can see beautiful birds and animals in this forest.   Not only that, We can see small waterfalls and we can take bath in that waterfalls. And you can hike mountains in makandawa forest. Makandawa forest is a perfect place to spend a relaxing day. Actually, You need the help of a guide to travel here.
