My Favorite Musician

There are many musicians I like. Among them, my favorite musician is Dr. Rohana Weerasinghe. He is a talented melody composer. His knowledge of musical traditions is very high. When we listen to his song, we feel the meaning of its lyric even though it is without words. 

His village is Nuwara Eliya. His birthday is 1949 February 18.

His schools are Vidyalankara Buddhist school Ruwan Eliya, Welimada M.M.V, Pannipitiya Darmapala Vidyalaya, and Gamini Maha Vidyalaya. 

He has composed more than 8000 songs. Which includes films, teledramas.

I have seen good a quality in him, he always appreciates his teachers.
